    Lupe is the heart and backbone of Naly’s, a proud father to Lariza and Alejandro. A dedicated and hardworking man, he is always striving for growth and success. Family means the world to him, and you can always count on him to bring a smile to the room! He is a very easy going, yet wise man.

    Alejandro "Alex" Mateos

    CO-OWNER

    Alejandro, the proud son of Guadalupe and Analilia “Naly,” is an entrepreneur who has played an essential role in helping his family business grow alongside his father and sister, Lariza. When he’s not meeting with clients or overseeing job sites, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or catching a sports game. Alejandro is a dedicated family man who enjoys staying active and cherishing quality time with his loved ones.

    Belen, a Topeka native, is the newest addition to the Naly’s team. With nearly a decade of experience in customer service and a strong drive for growth, she has quickly become an invaluable asset to our team. When she’s not making memories with her son, you’ll likely find her on the golf course or enjoying time with her dog. Belen cherishes moments spent with family and friends, embracing opportunities to create lasting experiences!
